Kitchen: with range cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: rear garden area with lawn and garden furniture. Amenities: off-road parking area. Bed linen, electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome, 2 by arrangement. Towels for hire, please enquire for details. Additional info: regret no cot however guests are welcome to bring their own. Location: shop and pub 1.25 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
