Il nome è dovuto alle siepi rigogliose degli oleandri che delimitano il giardino su cui si affaccia il terrazzo. L’appartamento ospita fino a 10 persone e al piano terra è dotato di cucina, bagno con vasca e una stanza matrimoniale (+ divano letto); al primo piano ci sono 2 salotti, uno con divano letto, nell’altro si trova un bagno con doccia. Ciascuna stanza dispone di una mansarda con letto matrimoniale.

La Corte dei Sisanda dispone di un giardino comune di 1600 metri quadrati.

Il Signor Farley ha prenotato e pagato per 2 persone soggiornando dal 23 al 29 settembre 2016. Al suo arrivo è arrivato con altri due ospiti ai quali ho dato due stanze con un bagno al prezzo di euro 15 al giorno e a persona. Hanno pagato per 6 giorno euro 180 più euro 20 di imposta comunale di soggiorno per tutti e 4. Rispondo al signor Farley di aver chiesto ai suoi ospiti un prezzo per le 2 stanze con bagno più che equo e di essermi comportato durante il loro soggiorno in una maniera sempre cordiale e amichevole, offrendo anche prodotti della mia terra così come è di mia abitudine donare a tutti i miei ospiti. Sono da qualche anno in pensione e nella mia vita professionale come responsabile al ricevimento dei grandi alberghi in italia e all'estero ho sempre usato cordialità e onestà con tutti i miei clienti.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ugo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
