Enjoy luxury house walking distance to the beach! Bright wide open floor plan with a soaring cathedral ceiling and walls of windows. Open kitchen with a breakfast bar. Witness fabulous sunrises, Gulf views & Southerly breezes from the expansive deck. Master en-suite offering deck access. Spacious guest bedrooms. 2-min walk distance to the beach, within a short drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, attractions and stores nearby makes this location ideal.

You will stay in a spacious 1,600 sq ft 3 -bedroom/2 bath stand alone house located on two lots in a highly sought after Palm Beach and is only one block from the beach. You could enjoy sunsets from the deck or take a short stroll to the private beach. The house has king size bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. A sofa is also available in a living room. Fully equipped kitchen (both drip coffee and Keurig -we provide starter supply of coffee but for longer stays please bring your own coffee/pods). Washer and dryer are available for your convenience (we provide starter supply of washer Tide pods but bring your supply for longer stays). Cable and high speed WiFi, 58 inch TV in the living room. Large selection of board games, books and card games is available and also a collection of DVDs (see instructions on operating TV/DVD in the Check-in instructions). Tiled floors throughout traffic areas, plenty of closet space, access to a large deck from both living room and the master bedroom. Enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off when coming from the beach. Picnic table and small grill on the lower level. Sit on the deck and enjoy a morning coffee or take a very short walk to the water's edge and get in the morning jog. Take sunset walks on the private and clean beach where vehicles are not permitted. Very peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything the visitors may want to see!

P.S. for the long term rentals over 30 days we back charge for utilities (water, electric) based on the actual amount of bill prorated for exact dates of you stay, as applicable

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Katerina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
