Super Attic in Gallipoli in a central position inside a new building and on the fourth and last floor of the same. Through a comfortable lift you reach the floor, then entrance into the hallway area for the large living area with open kitchenette, corner sofa extensible to comfortably accommodate two people, large window overlooking the Gulf of Gallipoli with access on large and large terrace also equipped with an outdoor shower which leads to the laundry room with washing machine and pilozza. From the large terrace you can access a further walkable terrace if you want to admire the beautiful city from a great location. From the large open area you can access the first double bedroom which has two large corner windows with sea view and wooden roof. The hallway leads to the large full bathroom with a large shower, and to the second double bedroom with a window overlooking the sea. The penthouse holiday home is new in its decoration, furnishings and construction. It has three climate in the living areas and in the two bedrooms.

The attic is located inside a new building. The furnishings are new, the mattresses comfortable. The attic has class A fixtures, blinds and mosquito nets that can be managed with remote controls, armored door with peephole, safe, laundry area complete with washing machine, pilozza, iron and ironing board, large panoramic outdoor terrace, outdoor shower, further walkable terrace, three climate units in the open area and in the two bedrooms, three LED TVs with satellite reception. One of the double bedrooms has two large windows with sea view and a wooden roof. Hot water is supplied by a large solar water heater and also by the boiler. All rooms are also panoramic and the building is very elegant and clean.

The Alieni at Gallipoli holiday home is centrally located near the railway station, the main street and the historic center. On foot you are immersed in shopping, history, art and leisure that the city offers. The nearest beaches are in the Green Bay, 1300 Mt away, also accessible by renting a bike under the building. The central position is very popular because it allows quick and easy movements and the presence of numerous servants and events in the district.
