This magnificent apartment, recently built, is located in the Centre of Gallipoli, in an ideal position to move throughout the day, both to reach the evening meeting points; Corso roma, the main street of the city of Gallipoli and commercial heart of the city itself, is 300 metres and is therefore easily accessible by foot; continuing on the road where you placed the apartment you can easily reach both the beaches of Lido San Giovanni, about 1.5 km away, that Green Bay's beaches, which are approximately 3 miles.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential context of prestige; on the ground floor of the building are located some commercial activities including a bar, while in the basement there is a functional supermarket; in the immediate vicinity there are a newsagent and the bus to move comfortably.

The arrangement involves an input directly into the open plan living area of approximately 35 square metres, furnished in a modern style: the brightness of the apartment, due to its South-West exposure is further enhanced by the whiteness of walls and furniture; as a contrast the long side of the room was covered with Venetian plaster Dove color; in this area was placed on the House, living room with sofa, two Ottomans and lcd Tv; on the opposite side of the room is located the American kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking. From the living room have direct access to the terrace, a spacious, equipped with loungers, table and chairs for dining outside. in moments of particular exposure to the Sun, thanks to the particular electric shutters with slats recline, you can give the environment a chiaroscuro effect. The living room leads to the sleeping area, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom; the bedroom is the most private, with a view toward the back of the building on a vacant lot; the room, good size, includes a generously sized wardrobe, and safe.

The second room is slightly smaller than the first: in it you can find two single beds joinable, specular, and a good-sized wardrobe with sliding doors; from this room you can access directly on the terrace of the apartment. Between the two rooms there is a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, one for day and one for the night area, and features car garage in the basement.
