1100 ft² / 100m2 duplex appartment, elegantly furnished, 2 terraces, with 3 bedrooms including 2 with fabulous seaview and shared terrace, 1 bathroom with large bathtub, double sink and toilet, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 separate toilet, large livingroom with fireplace.

Open fully equipped kitchen and dining room. It is possible to have meals for 6 on the lower terrace and for 4 in the upper terrace.

This apartment has windows both at the front of the back, letting in light and breeze if wanted, and each room has fans.

The top floor has air conditioning.

It is set in 60 acres of lush gardens with pools and all you might want for a great holiday with friends and family. Iit is very secure (fenced and guarded), with life guards on one of the 3 the rocky beaches and at the pools in the high season.

The Domain of Port la Galère is about 3 kms away from the village of Theoule sur mer. Théoule is a charming village with basic shops, many restaurants, et several beaches. Théoule is about 15 km from Cannes, famous for its glitzy atmosphere, great shopping and film festival.

Close to both the mountains and the sea, Port-La-Galère offers a wide range of activities:

- 2 tennis courts (of which one is clay)

- in the 'winter club' area: heated pool (from April to June), sauna, fitness room, bar, and excellent restaurant

- by the 'summer club', and its large sea water pool and the paddling pool, you can enjoy sun loungers, the pool bar and restaurant, water games, and a little market

- children will also like the basket ball pitch, playground, ping pong tables, and the older ones can go to the domain disco.

- there is also a fenced area dedicated to dogs

- and boat rental at the marina
