Aménagé dans une ancienne ferme du château de Ternay, ce grand gite sera pour vous un havre de paix idéal pour découvrir le val de Loire et ses demeures prestigieuses, le futuroscope, le puy du fou et aussi déguster les vins de notre riche terroir. Le nouveau Center Parc du Bois aux Daims est juste à 6kms

Nos hôtes bénéficient du superbe parc de 45ha aux arbres centenaires, les amoureux de la nature, pourvu qu'ils soient silencieux, peuvent observer la faune sauvage (sangliers, chevreuils, cerf, renards, blaireaux, écureuils, rapaces...)

Nos hôtes bucoliques ne sont pas déçus de leur séjour à Ternay : le site est réputé pour sa flore (principalement orchidées sauvages et champignons de toutes sortes; si la saison et les conditions climatiques sont favorables).

Pour les sportifs, la table de ping-pong est à votre disposition sur place. D'autres activités vous sont proposées dans les environs proches.

Veuillez noter que pour les vacances d'été ce gite se loue une semaine minimum.

Tout est de plain-pied

- Un salon très confortable avec cheminée, télévision écran plat, lecteur DVD et chaine stéréo.

- Une grande salle à manger en continuité du salon.

- Une cuisine entièrement équipée. (Gazinière, réfrigérateur congélateur, lave vaisselle, cafetière….). Vous avez aussi à votre disposition un lave-linge et un sèche-linge dans une buanderie indépendante.

- Une salle de douche avec lavabo.

- Un WC

- Une salle de bain avec baignoire douche, 2 lavabos et wc.

- Un grand garage avec la table de ping-pong.

- La chambre Alisier avec deux lits simples, deux lits superposés (pour 2 personnes adultes ou enfants) et petit coin bureau.

- La chambre Merisier avec 1 lit double et petit coin bureau.

- La chambre Noyer avec un lit double.

- La chambre Robinier avec deux lits superposés (pour 2 personnes adultes ou enfants) plus 1 lit simple et accès directe sur le jardin.

Toutes nos chambres sont décorées avec soin.

- Une salle de bain avec baignoire et deux lavabos.

Les extérieurs :

- Le parc du château de 40Ha aux arbres centenaires est à votre disposition.

Linge de maison fourni :

Merci de noter que nous ne fournissons pas le linge de toilette.

Le gite vous est fourni parfaitement propre à votre arrivée il doit être rendu doit être rendu parfaitement propre à votre départ. Un contrôle méticuleux est réalisé lors des état des lieux.

Option ménage en fin de séjour : 80€ à payer sur place. Le gite doit cependant témoigner d’un entretien régulier durant le séjour. Si le gite est rendu vraiment trop sale nous faisons faire le ménage par une entreprise spécialisée à votre charge.

Veuillez noter : le chauffage est en option, il sera facturé en fonction de votre consommation réelle de fioul sur la base de son prix à la date de votre séjour.

How do damage deposits work?
