This spacious penthouse offers comfortable space for up to 4 persons. The flat has a bedroom, a living room with kitchen unit and a bathroom with WC. Size of the apartment is 50sqm.

From the living room you can go onto the private terrace which has a beautiful view over the green inner courtyard.

Due to the optimal accessibility of public transport the Inner City, Schönbrunn Palace as well as lots of other sights and cultural Highlights can be reached within a very short time. Tramway, bus, rapid train and the metro bring you wherever you want. You just have to decide what you want to do.

In the near surrounding of the apartments, or like the Viennese say in our “Grätzel”, you find some good restaurants, cafes, ideal for a typical “Jause” (coffe and cake) or a tasteful experience with all the Viennese coffee specialities, bakeries, as well as lots of shopping possibilities. Also very recommendable is an excursion to the nearby Wienerwald and afterwards you can end the day with a cordial evening at a Heurigen, a typical kind of restaurant. Come and take a pot luck!

How do damage deposits work?
