The villa is an original construction of the Middle Ages, over time adapted to the needs of everyday life.
Tregognano was renovated in 2003 with an elegant Tuscan style, with full respect for its ancient origin and characteristics.
The villa is beautifully located 550 meters in one of the charming hills of Arezzo area, which is only 15 km.
The view is magnificent, the nature is untouched, even if the distance from the countries is very short (2km).
It 's the ideal place for those seeking relaxation and the Tuscan countryside, but also for those between swims in the pool, visiting the beauty of Tuscany and Umbria, to hand a few km Arezzo , Siena, Florence, Perugia, Cortona, Sansepolcro and the Casentino.
The guest can be accommodated in a small medieval village, a modern twist: the main building in the center and two independent houses, meeting room and kitchen, swimming pool, large garden.
The property is divided not in the rooms, but in apartments, so that the guest can enjoy the comfort and spaciousness of the homes.
