Beautiful and characteristic 400 year old Mas situated on 3,5 hectares of private land with large private pool and spectacular views over the Esterel mountains and coastline. A stylish Provencal interior, with all modern amenities like super fast WiFi inside, around all terraces and at the pool, gas BBQ, flatscreen TV (NETFLIX, CNN, BBC World, MTV, Eurosport, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network & National Geographic channels), electric oven and wood stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and super-deluxe box spring beds. Situated only 3km away from beautiful and ancient Seillans, one of the celebrated 'prettiest' villages of France.

Experience total privacy, freedom and tranquility within reach of the bustling villages of Fayence, Callas, and Montauroux. Enjoy the butterflies and dragonflies, pick your own fruit in the morning for breakfast, play 'jeu de boules' or relax at one of the many terraces, have a swim or enjoy a good book underneath the trees and at night, enjoy the crickets, frogs and watch tons of falling stars. Ideal for families or groups of friends or couples. If you want to 'get away from it all', this is the place.

We welcome a maximum of 6 adults or a maximum of 8 persons (including 2 children or more).

The swimming pool is a large natural pool made by Bionova of 18 x 7 meters without chlorine or any additives so the pool offers a clean, safe and natural swimming experience with the best views of the world! There is also a bowling alley and badminton can be played as well; all equipment is available. There are many hiking trails (some even behind the villa) and ample grass and playground for children to play. The beaches of Cannes are only a 40 minute drive away. Other beaches also within easy reach are Frejus, St. Maxime, Agay and St. Tropez. There are tennis courts in the town of Seillans and furthermore at 15 minutes drive there is the Lac de St. Cassien with boat rental and water fun park and for golf lovers there is the 5* Golf de Terre Blanche. Fayence's aerodrome is at 10 minutes drive and offers glider flight training & glider flights. Horse riding is also available at serveral places in the neighbourhood.

Villa le Cas is situated one hour's drive from Nice Cote d'Azur Airport or 40 minutes from the airport of Cannes-Mandelieu.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Arthur (the owner) a message.

If Arthur (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
