From the owner

To understand the villa in which we stayed back in history in 1906g when is an old family Bareta rooted from Napoleon's army, which ruled the area in the small town of Trogir Okrug Gornji built a stone house in the street that bears their name.

When we entered in 2008 years we have access to home ownership with the help of local complete restoration of the old masters, and the house in its original format into a villa for a vacation where no one lives but the whole year .

The villa is located in the old town of Okrug Gornji and near the old church towers St. Charles over the most beautiful beach in the Riviera of Trogir, which is 350m away.

To the center has 150 yards so you can walk to local restaurants, cafes, post offices, pharmacies, shops and ATMs.

The villa has 100m2 and a little garden where you can dine under the gazebo and sip your favorite drink.

The ground stone villa has a bathroom, kitchen with separate dining and living room.

The first floor is an additional WC and 3 bedrooms, 1 large and 2 smaller rooms that are air-conditioned.

The house is equipped with satellite TV, washing machine, safe deposit box and the furniture is handmade.

Villa breathes history and each offers a view of the protected objects of the time.

The object is registered for 6 persons.

With joy you expect at any time of year because of Trogir is a city of art and the area has 2670 sunny hours.

Trogir is only 4 km and the airport 9km.

Parking is located 100 m from the villa. Large parking for several vehicles is 150m.

The furniture in the villa is handmade in oak and gives a real sense of Dalmatian ville. Linen and towels are included.

The villa feel like it was yours, privacy is guaranteed.For reception and maid service we have engaged with the agency.

This Villa is not recommended. The kitchen and kitchen equipement was dirty and fat. It was announced with four new bikes but none of them worked even after being "repaired" after a few days… More

Dear ex guests, once you realize that you can not ride a bike with his sick foot, you've rented a car and you are told that the bikes are not correct.For new bikes guests before and after you have not had any complaints It was confirmed by the agency to manage the property and controls in bike repair service after your complaint). After what we said that we can not cover you the cost that you have begun to make unnecessary trinkets and ask us blackmail ​​threat of bad text on Tripadvisor. We will never agree to blackmail, even if at the cost of false advertising bad. Our purpose is customer satisfaction and always try to satisfy everyone, but it seems that even that was not enough to you.

Dear guest, Thank you for your response and believe in our customer is always right. Agency that made cleaning the villa must manifest and be better and more efficiently. Villa is the original Dalmatian stone house in the center of the Dalmatian and we think the original is always better than some copies. She breathes an authentic history. We have our “All inclusive-offer” made it both easier and cheaper . All the usual extra costs are included. How would you make sure that we can much better contact us with a new term. Thanks again. If ANDREJ (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
