Purbeck Cliffs Apartment has a large indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and snooker room, all exclusively for the guests registered, to enjoy no matter what the weather. All set in over 1acre garden with barbecue.

There are two large bedrooms (a twin and family) sleeping a maximum if 4 adults 2 children plus an baby and a sun lounge with TV and DVD to just chill or play board games.

The Apartment is in a very quiet, peaceful cul de sac with large garden, yet only 1 mile from Swanage town centre with all its excellent local shops, steam train and restaurants and a market that takes place every Friday. The award winning blue flag beach is a safe sandy bay of approximately a mile, to swim, hire Kayaks, go fishing and enjoy.

The famous Jurassic Coastal Path and award winning Durlston Castle is five minutes walk away with spectacular sea views along the cliff to Dancing Ledge or Harry Rocks. Durlston Castle hosts Seventh Wave Restaurant for breakfasts, lunches plus snacks. For the more energetic every Saturday Durlston Castle hosts the 5k fun run. One of the hardest fun runs in the Country.

Studland Beach and isle of Purbeck Golf Course are 5 miles away or take a trip over the chain ferry to Poole Quay or Bournemouth.

There are many places of interest to visit nearby including Corfe Castle, Monkey World, Arne Natural Reserve, Lulworth Castle, Durdle Door, Sculptures on the Lake, Thomas Hardy homes, to name but a few.

Purbeck Cliffs Apartment has a communal hallway which leads straight into the ground floor apartment with its many special features with full size snooker table, open plan small bar, fully fitted kitchen and dining area with french windows leading onto the stoned patio area. Its spacious accommodation makes it suitable for a family and grandparents or possibly two friends. The unusually large indoor private pool is good for exercise or fun. There are two shower rooms off the pool area and plenty of space to relax after a long swim or a hot sauna.

Purbeck Cliffs apartment is in a building of two apartments with parking for two cars. The owners live in the apartment above and are available to arrange a beautician for massages, etc and to see to the maintenance of the swimming pool.

The secluded garden has garden table and chairs to enjoy the charcoal BBQ (charcoal provided) and is a good place to play games or to sunbathe. The gardens back onto the 300 acres of Durlston Country Park with easy access onto the Jurassic Coastal Path.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue (the owner) a message.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
