A cosy cottage located in a wonderful huge property (Oasi delle Salinelle) in Cefalu, at 6 Km from the historic town centre and with a direct access to the beach. Barbecue, garden, sandy beach, total relax! You will have lemons, olives and thousand of other Sicilian plants. Perfect for family with kids.

This lovely cottage is about 60 sqm and it is shadowed by a vigorous vine plant.

It is settled in Cefalu at 6 km from the old town, on an estate of 26,000 sqm. a large and secret garden paradise containing groves of olive, orange and lemon, with trees of pine, cypress and palm, fruit trees such as the mulberry and the lotus, the fig, the apricot and the banana … and not least our abundant vines.

This quaint, no fuss furnished cottage, has everything you need for a great stay in Sicily.

The cottage is' as follows: double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchen, bathroom with shower, a mansard with two additional beds.

An added bonus for outdoor eating is the shaded terrace and a barbecue area where you can enjoy outdoor dining surrounded by nature.

There is no air conditioning but in this place you will hardly feel the need for it!

An Internet Wi-Fi connection is now available in the cottage and in the outdoor area.

Sun loungers and canoes are provided for beach use, and a small sailing boat is available for the more adventurous.

The area is very quiet and peaceful for most of the year, although in the summertime the beach attracts many visitors for its natural beauty, its soft sands and its safe bathing: this is Salinelle beach, among the most scenically beautiful of Cefalù.

The proprietor, who lives on the estate, is very happy to meet all of your needs to ensure that your stay will be pleasant and relaxing!

Domestic pets including dogs are welcome, provided they of gentle disposition and friendly to humans as well as to any other animals which may be on the land!

    If Dario (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
