This romantic, secluded townhouse is located in the Galena Territory, a 3800-acre resort area with rolling hills, woodlands, championship golf courses, and 24 miles of walking trails and much more.

Located in the heart of The Galena Territory, the townhouse is close to all the resort's amenities with a short drive to historic downtown Galena. This unit has been renovated and is located at the end surrounded by a wooded area to provide privacy. Featuring 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath, the townhouse is perfectly sized to suite the couple looking for some relaxation time - just for the two of you. Enjoy modern living in this open concept townhouse featuring a trendy full kitchen, with all new black stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, updated lighting and new counter-tops. Just off the great room is a coffee bar with a Keurig Coffee Maker provided; you need only supply your favorite beverage pods.

***The room upstairs is a THEATER ROOM for our guests. The newly carpeted theater room not only has a comfy couch and coffee table but also sports a 65" HD television that is connected to Mediacom cable and has a the same apps via TIVO as the main floor (Netflix, Pandora; available by using your own credentials). Also included is a DVD player should you bring or rent a movie for entertainment. Directions for operating the television and DVD are provided on the coffee table as necessary. ****

Surrounded by views of wooded, rolling hills, unwind in the spacious great room with rustic modern furnishings. The focal point of the great room is the gas burning fireplace that starts effortlessly with a twist of a dial while watching the 55" flat screen television with sound bar for superior sound quality, both just above the fireplace. From the great room or from the bedroom you can enjoy the fire while watching television or listening to music. The unit has 2-story high cathedral ceiling, skylights, and ample windows allowing lovely views to the wooded area outside. The great room is supplied with cable television, a DVD player and complimentary WIFI, with access to Netflix and Amazon Video (both by using your own credentials). While in the great room, open the barn doors to enter the newly carpeted master bedroom with a king size bed. Just off the bedroom is a full bath with a spa like touch which is both newly carpeted in the vanity area and tiled in the shower area. From the great room open the sliding glass patio door that opens to the deck with a gas grill, patio furniture with an umbrella overlooking a large yard which backs to the wooded hills overlooking the South Course Clubhouse. The South Course Clubhouse converts to the Nordic Center in the winter season with sledding, skating and snow shoe rentals for winter-weather enjoyment.

Anything you should need is just minutes away at the General Store. This quaint store has everything you could need including a deli, a bakery and of course shopping! Area wines, spirits and beers are featured along with the standard adult beverages and soft drinks.

The unit supplies you with two proximity cards allowing you access to the owners' club, located a short 5 minute drive away. The club includes a full, state of the art fitness center with Nautilus-style equipment, an indoor Olympic-size swimming pool with accessible ramp, outdoor swimming pool, indoor basketball court (not regulation size), and a game room with pool tables, ping-pong tables, TV, and video games. You can also sign up to use one of several tennis courts or play on the beautiful 63-hole golf course. If necessary, the Business Center offers three computer stations with internet access and printing capabilities. There is also a computer bar located outside the Business Center, plus the entire complex offers free wireless internet connectivity. The Galena Territory is home to 3 championship golf courses, riding stables, fine dining, hot air balloon rides and many more activities.

Downtown, historic Galena is just minutes away and offers excellent restaurants, shopping, biking and kayaking. Snow ski at Chestnut Mountain or ride the Alpine Slide and enjoy Mississippi River views in the summer! It's all here to be enjoyed!
