Le Vialar is a sympathetically renovated farmhouse which is ideal for family holidays, it has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. All beds have quality linens and mattress toppers. All with wardrobes, dressing table, drawers and full length mirrors. The bathrooms have plenty towels and bathrobes, all have tea making facilities and hairdryers. ( except the childrens room ). All bedrooms and situated on the first floor.

A large exceedingly well equipped family kitchen opening onto a covered outdoor eating area. American fridge, two oven range, microwave, dishwasher and many more appliances for the enthusiastic cook. A large pantry/second kitchen with more pots and lots of pans an ice-cream maker is just one the many quality appliances on the work surface and left out for easy use.

Laundry with washing machine, dryer, second fridge and double sink.

Two sitting rooms, one with free to view television and large sofa bed, it is attractively furnished and adjoining

Two sitting rooms, one with free to view television and large sofa bed, it is attractively furnished and adjoining a double bedroom. It has large sliding door onto the upper terrace. The ground floor sitting room has a television with Sky+ wifi and hifi., this has ample seating. It also opens onto a lower terrace through double doors .

Speakers in the kitchen and on the dinning terrace provide music from the hIfi in the sitting room.

It is a three minute drive to the village of Cadalen with a small supermarket, pharmacy, post office and boulangerie. The market town of Gaillac with bars, restaurants and supermarkets is a ten minute drive.

Le Vialar is set in an acre of fenced garden which is surrounded by woods and fields. There is an organic vegetable and herb garden for the visitors to use. Automatic watering for the garden and most of the flower pots. Fruit from the tree when in season.

Several minutes from the autoroute junction gives easy access to the city of Toulouse. The City d` espace in Toulouse is worth a visit. Albi is a nesco site with a magnificent cathedral, museums, restaurants and shops. Toulouse airport is about 45 mins. drive, Carcasonne and Rodez are approx. 1.20hrs. The bastide towns of Carcasonne and Corde sur Ciel ( thirty minutes ) are also worth visiting.

Plenty of other activities in the area to keep you occupied if you can leave the house and swimming pool .

A welcome pack with wine, soft drinks, home conserves and food for a meal on arrival. Oil, spices etc are here for your use. Shopping can be arranged in advance to save you a supermarket visit . Bin liners, dishwasher tablets etc provided.

Gaillac is a small market town. Gaillac market on Friday and small market on Sunday. Rabastens Saturday. Abli has a market and interesting flea market on Saturday morning. There are vineyards, woodland and pasture surrounding the house. . Roman museum at Montans, ten minutes drive.

Albi is thebirthplace of Toulouse Lautrec, there is a museum dedicated to his work.
Many music festivals throughout the summer in the villages and towns in the area. Gaillac has a famous
' fete du vine ' the first week in August. For the small and big boys a beautifully laid out model train in Gaillac.
Three golf courses within a short drive.
Two water parks with slides,water shoots etc near by.
'Walk in the trees ' ( if you dare ) is half an hours drive away. An adventure playground for young and old in tall trees.
Superb gardens at Giroussens, interesting and fun for children too with a small steam train for all the family to take a ride to the next village.
The stunning George du Tarn and St Antonin for canoeing.
The spectacular bridge designed by Norman Foster at Millau is a two hour drive but well worth a visit.
