Completed in 2014 - La Petite Grange has an airy open-plan layout with a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with crisp white bedding, 2 luxury shower rooms (one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom) with soft fluffy towels.
The lounge has a 32 inch LED TV with English free view channels, DVD player, iPod dock and free wifi.
The bedrooms have comfortable beds and contemporary oak furniture. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, bedroom 2 can be configured as a kingsize or 2 singles.
Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request.
Pool towels are provided (New for 2015).
La Petite Grange (is the sister property to Gite Regrunel - La Grange which has been completed for summer 2015)
We provide a welcome hamper to get you started, consisting of fresh croissants, milk, cheese, ham, eggs, butter and fruit juice. Also, a complementary bottle of Cahors wine from a local chateau carefully selected by us after sampling many of the local vineyards!
Kitchen staples are also provided such as tea/coffee/sugar, oils, condiments, herbs & spices. You can also help yourself to fresh herbs from the herb garden.
To make your stay easier the gites are stocked with dishwasher tablets, bin liners, cleaning products, tinfoil, cling film, kitchen roll and toilet roll, so you won't have to buy these when you arrive.
The laundry room is also stocked with washing powder and stain remover.
Set in the grounds there is a 10m x 5m swimming pool shared only between the 2 gites with a large decked terrace, plentiful sun loungers & parasols, and shaded seating for 8 people. There is also a separate dining area on the upper terrace with shaded seating for 8 people.
Outside each gite in the enclosed courtyard there are tables and chairs for al fresco dining, and BBQs for your use.
A separate games room with table tennis, darts board, giant Jenga, giant Connect4, petanque (boules).
There are also 4 bicycles available for your use.
You can also enjoy a woodland walk around our woods.
The Lot-et-Garonne area is perfect for families, couples and friends, with plenty of activities available for all ages, including walking, cycling, horse riding, canoeing, climbing, golf.
Chateau Bonaguil is less than 5 minutes away by car, a marvel of military architecture dating back to the 13th century. As well as being an interesting place to explore, it hosts evening concerts and medieval displays, and there are 3 restaurants at the foot of the chateau.
Also nearby are numerous vineyards of the up-and-coming Cahors wine region, offering plenty of opportunities to sample and learn about the 'black wine' dating back to Roman times.
During the summer months there are some lovely markets in nearby bastide towns; Monflanquin, Puy-l'Évêque, Touron d'Agenais, Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Pujols.
