House is situated on a hill overlooking Mediterranean on one side and mountains of Marbella on the other side. The house is in excellent condition with hot and cold air-conditioning throughout. The back garden faces west and has spectacular sunsets all year. There is a private pool as well as a further large pool in the extensive community grounds. Four large supermarkets are within five minute drive and the beach can be accessed in ten minutes.

The house comes equipped with UK and Irish tv channels via the internet. A car will be available at a low rental rate

Situated between Fuengirola on the sea and the pretty tourist town of Mijas the property is only some 35 minutes to Malaga and Malaga airport and up market tourist resort of Marbella. The historic cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba are all some 2/2.5 hours away. Madrid is accessible by high speed train in three hours

The Costa del Sol region

Campo Mijas is in the region of Andalucia on Spain's south coast and enjoys a wonderful climate with mild winters, warm Springs and early Summer, hot July and August and warm Autumns. Andaluca has three important Moorish cities brimming with history - Seville, Granada and Cordoba. There is more than 1000 kilometres of beaches, in excess of 200 golf clubs and literally thousands of restaurants.

All sports are catered for but particularly walking and hiking in Autumn and Spring, swimming, sailing, and cycling all year round.

All of Spain is accessible thanks to modern high speed trains running from Malaga some 30 minutes form the property. Malaga is itself an historic city with museums and a Moorish palace and is also the birthplace of Picasso. The Airport services all of Europe and New York and is some 25 minutes from the property.

Fuengirola

The house is situated on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean and has a lovely shaded valley just below ideal for walking in comfort. The tourist town of Mijas is above the hill and can be reached in ten minutes by car. Miles of sandy beaches are within a ten minute drive and there are four supermarkets within a five minute drive. These include Lidl and Carrafour.
