TV: A brand-new smart flat Panasonic LED-TV with USB-memory playback and internet access, offers a variety of channels as well as web-TV from your smartphone. Bring the movies you want to watch on an USB-stick and plug it in!

THE LOUNGE: Comprises of 1 sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. Patio doors leading to balcony and terrace with panoramic sea views.

DINING AREA: Comprises of dining table with 4 dining chairs. In addition there is also a dining table, chairs and 4 sun beds on the roof terrace, offering you the choice of where to eat dependent on the weather. Or you may want to dine on the balcony?

MAIN BEDROOM: Comprising of 1 double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Ceiling fan as complement to A/C. Window with uninterrupted sea view. Mosquito nets on windows. And a safe for your valuables!

SECOND BEDROOM: Comprising of 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet. Ceiling fan as complement to A/C. Mosquito nets on window.

KITCHEN: Modern fitted kitchen with a marble bar desk facing the lounge for you to easily reach refreshments! A good range of wall & base units, crockery and cutlery, hob & full oven with extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric lemon squeezer, electric mixer (perfect for soups), iron & ironing board.

BATHROOM: Bath with shower, toilet, bidet & hand basin.

BALCONY: 10 square meters facing the sea and Africa! The view is fantastic! - A true sun catcher - perfectly warm for shorts also in wintertime when sun is gazing!

ROOF TERRACE: There is a large private roof terrace (50 square meters), with 4 sun beds and an amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. An orange tree as well as nice flowers are planted here and fed by an automatic irrigation system.

POOL & GARDENS: There are 2 clean good-size swimming pools with well maintained gardens featuring lawns and flowers. From the upper pool you have a fantastic sea view over the Fuengirola Bay.

TENNIS: There is a paddle tennis court by the side of the lower pool with free access. Rackets available in the apartment. Real tennis available within 500 m.

PARKING: The apartment has its own underground private parking (space #3). The garage door is motorised conveniently.

CEILING FANS, AIR CONDITION & HEATING: Both bedrooms are provided with ceiling fans as well as A/C. For environmental reasons, there is a coin meter for the A/C giving 2 hours per 1 euro. 4 Euros will give you 8 hours of a cool night´s sleep. All rooms are cooled with the A/C.

GETTING THERE & AROUND: - It is easy even though you decided not to rent a car! There is a train running between Carvajal/Fuengirola and Terminal 3 in Malaga Airport. Trip takes about 20 minutes. Walking from Carvajal Station to apartment with light luggage fully possible and takes 12 minutes. Taxi will bring you to apartment for €5-6. There are also 2 bus stops within a few hundred meters taking you into Los Boliches / Fuengirola or Benalmádena / Torremolinos.

The Carvajal Beach is considered among the best on Costa del Sol - see Trip Advisor. Also the La Cubana Beach Bar is voted top 4 in Spain!

FOOD: There is a filling station and small supermercado within 8-10 minutes walk. At arrival, we suggest that you go from airport directly to Los Boliches train station. There is a fantastic big supermercado right at the station. Buy all food you can possibly carry and then take a taxi back with all your luggage and food to apartment. It will cost about €9-10, but will get you started!

CONDITIONS: A standard damage deposit of €200 is automatically added by the Holiday Lettings booking system to all quotes. This money will be returned to you by Holiday Lettings after inspection at time of your check-out. According to Holiday Lettings, this refund will take place about 7-10 days after your check-out. In the interest of other guests, smoking is not permitted at this property.

The Costa del Sol region

Carvajal on the border between Benalmdena and Fuengirola is the perfect location if you want to enjoy sun and make excursions to Marbella and Malga. Do you enjoy skiing?? - then you can get into the slopes of Sierra Nevada in less than 2 hours by car!!! Are you a golfer? - No problem - there is very nice golfing just 20-30 minutes away. Many of our guests tend to book vacation in the high season..... - Why not try to make a get-a-way also between October and March, when the sun since long has abandoned the rest of Europe and you can return home with a sun tan??..... - Hmmm should not recommend this as this is what we like to do ourselves..... :-). According to Wikipedia, this part of Spain unlike any other European coast line, remains green throughout the year. The mean yearly day temperature is above 23C. And even in January, there will be days exceeding 20C! The best part is perhaps that even in the months of July and August, the max day time temperatures seldom reach over 32C, thanks to the cooling breeze from the Mediterranean Sea. In short - a perfect climate!

Fuengirola

Carvajal is situated on the border between Fuengirola and Benalmadena municipalities. The area is excellent if you want to enjoy calmness but still have easy access to night-life and shopping not far away, for instance by the local bus. The Carvajal beach is the nicest and most spacious beach of the Fuengirola coast-line. The Carvajal beach also offers nice bars and a great paella restaurant. You will also find plenty of fresh water showers, ideal after swimming in the salty waters of the Mediterranean.....Restaurants - all within walking distance - on the beach: The Kalifato that serves great paella, La Cubana with world-class-mojitos, snacks, food and drinks, fish restaurant Los Marinos Jose - first class fish restaurant - probably best in the region!!!, Los Andaluces Restaurante, Salvador El Lote, Restaurante Hnos, Perea Restaurante Chiringuito Oasis, Restaurante Su Rincon Marinero - Paellas, Carpe Diem Restaurante & Bar, Blankko Bar and Lounge: http://youtu.be/6f274pkQxUw
