Spacious 2 bedroom garden apartment located in a quiet area near to Los Boliches, Fuengirola and only 10 mins. walk to the beach where there are numerous restaurants, shops and cosy bars.

The stylish complex has a gated entrance, with electronic entry, allocated parking space, landscaped gardens and a communal swimming pool plus separate child's pool.

The apartment comprises: 2 spacious bedrooms with wardrobes, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a terrace. Further family bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Large bright lounge and diner with patio doors to the terrace with lovely garden views. Sofa bed in the lounge to sleep the 5th. person.

The terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sunbeds and has beautiful garden views. Heating is supplied for the winter months and fans for the summer.
