Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our brand new apartment with a breath taking sea view over the Mediterranean, Fuengirola and the mountains. The apartment is perfect for those who want to stay close to the beach, town center with restaurants and supermarkets, but also want to enjoy the area's tranquility.

It has sleeps for 4 adults and 1 child. It has 122 m2 incl. 28 m2 terrace and 10m2 patio. The community has pool (open may to end of september), kinder pool, semi tropical garden and padle courts(tennis). The apartment, which is furnished in modern stile, has launch and dining area, 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobe, 2 bathrooms, one en suite, southwest facing covered balcony. The independent kitchen, offers all the modern appliances you could wish and has exit to a patio facing southeast. The apartment has TV, aircondition (hot/cold), barbecue, fibernet, Wi-Fi, lift, cot and a highchair.

200 meters from the apartment is a new big playground for children.

The local bus stops 100 meters from the apartment. It runs to the shops, restaurants, supermarkeds and the train.

1100 m walking distance to beach, restaurants and train.

Within 15 minutes drive you will find 10 of the best golf courses in Spain.

Getting around

On the beach promenade in Torreblanca and next to the train station in Fuengirola is a turist office, where you can buy tickets for excursions. From the bus station in Fuengirola you can go by bus to Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar. The train drives to the historic center of Malaga. If you wish you can rent a car and go by your self around in Andalusia.

On arrival the guest will meet our keyholder in Fuengirola, to get the key. Our keyholder will show the apartment to the guest and answer questions, if any. If the guests get problems in the apartment, during their stay they can contact our keyholder or the owner to get help.

“Gorgeous apartment in quiet, tranquil area”

Amazing apartment with a gorgeous balcony area. Area is very peaceful and the pool area is lovely. Be aware that the pool isn't open until 12.30 everyday though. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is very spacious. Apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. It is a good 15 minute walk from the centre of Torreblanca or 7/8 euros in a taxi. We had a lovely stay with our 2 boys and really relaxed for the first time in ages.

How do damage deposits work?
