Second floor 2 bedroom apartment looking over the garden and pool. Sunbathing around the pool allowed all year. Apartment WIFI is available around the pool area which is open April to October. At the entrance to the apartment guests can sit to catch afternoon/evening sun. Smoking permitted outside entrance to apartment ONLY.

The apartment is situated a few minutes walk on the flat (NO HILLS) to shops, beach, bars, train, buses and taxis

We also consider LONG WINTER LETS from November to April for 6 weeks or more. For a very good price please contact the owner.

Lounge with large new 32 inch LED TV, new DVD player and ANDROID system as well as double sofa bed. FREE INTERNET TV via android which includes British TV channels via MOBDRO and UKTVNOW apps. ANDROID system also has access to TV series and movies can be watched via apps, such as KODI etc, on the ANDROID system at no extra cost. Apartment also has FREE WIFI so anyone wanting to work or holiday at the same time like we do on occasions.

Master bedroom with double bed with two double fitted wardrobes with newly fitted AIRCON. Second bedroom has newly fitted AIRCON, two single beds with two fitted wardrobes. AIRCON units fitted to lounge and both bedrooms which are on a coin meter. Air conditioning for summer or winter use.

Modern kitchen with all the utensils, pots, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster & coffee maker.

The apartment is cleaned before arrival and on departure with fresh bed linen and towels.

Guests booking the apartment will need to follow the Spanish government COVID rules as well as the rules set by the community which are subject to change. Any rule changes are outside the control of the owners.

One can catch the train to Torrablanca which cost over €2 (euros) from Malaga airport to Torrablanca train station. The apartment is a 2 minutes walk from Torrablanca train station. We meet many guests at the train station or taxi rank outside Fuengirola Park hotel.The local transport can take you to numerous places for only a few euros.

Only a short walk to the beach which stretches for 7km (European flag award. A great choice of sun beds, fishing area and children play areas. There are plenty of activities for all ages. Also you will find numerous bars, and restaurants.

Situated in Torrablanca with communal pool (separate adult and child pools open mid April to mid October from 10am to 10pm). There is also COMMUNAL CAR PARKING available.

Torrablanca train station and local supermarket, are 1-2 minutes walk with a casual 2-3 minutes walk (NOT ON A HILL) to the beach, bars, shops, transport (bus & taxis). The beach stretches for around 7km (European flag award and one can stroll to Los Bolches or further to Fuengirola taking in lovely sea views or you can catch bus/train to Benalmadena or Torromolinos for around €2 each. There many activities, water sports, boat trips, Tivoworld, Seaworld, Fuengirola zoo and lots of excursions including Gibraltar , Rhonda, Malaga, Marbella etc. The area suits holidays for all ages.

Check-in at 4pm and checkout at 10am unless there is no changeover on the day guests arrive or depart.

Thank you for your review. For anyone reading this review from this lady (who in fact did not book this apartment) please read all the other reviews which gives a true example of their stay in our apartment. These guests stayed at nearby complex the year before and said to us that the trains did not bother them. We have several guests staying and repeat their stays every year for the past 4 to 5 years. Several bookings over the next 12 months are repeat bookings. These guests have also recommended family and friends to us who have also booked to stay in this apartment. The guests were helped to the apartment from the train station due to mobility issues and their enormous suit cases they brought with them. Within 5 minutes they were rude to me which had nothing to do with the cleaning of the apartment. The apartment was left as clean as when any other guest arrive and at NO TIME during their stay was there any mention about cleaning or anything being unclean. We do not charge for cleaning like many other do, some owners charge up to €100.... but we do not expect to be horrified and in shock to find the apartment in a dirty, dirty state. It was so dirty it took 2 people 3 days to clean the apartment. Items had to be replaced because of damage the guests had caused. We also do not expect to find dirty laundry pile high and to find OPEN nappy pin in the middle of the laundry where one can be stabbed by the nappy pin. All photographs were sent to trip advisor for an independent assessment which ruled in the our favour. Naturally this could be the reason for their review. One can only leave it to the reader to judge. But unfortunately we would not recommend these guests to anyone after our experience

Below is English translation for people to read, We had a great holiday. 10/10. About the apartment: very well located with a great pool just downstairs. Who says there is no balcony ???? There is a huge passage right outside the door of the apartment, you can take chairs and even sit down there is a beautiful garden for sunbathing. There are all TV channels, even France !! Two beautiful bedrooms and a very large living room with large windows. The owners are really very friendly and attentive. Regarding the location of the apartment is GENIALE. The sea is a few meters away and the "Paseo Maritime" with all the cafes, bars, restaurants (Indian, Chinese, Spanish, Lebanese, Mexican ......). You are 10 minutes walk along the sea in the center of the city of Fuengirola (shops, Mac do, cafes, bar ....). It's the Spanish Hollywood !!!!! In addition just down the apartment you have a bar with very nice owners and really cheap drinks eg a coca cola 1.5e, a big beer 2.40. With a great atmosphere and of course the store just downstairs with all you need. Do not hesitate to go there it is too good. THANKS THANK YOU THANK YOU to the owners to rent a very nice apartment. How do damage deposits work?
