This privately english owned "beautiful" sea front apartment is probably in the best location in Fuengirola, with wonderful views over the blue mediterranean sea against the back drop of the snowy serra nervada mountains. its just magical and breathtaking!!. ..It has 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and English TV,... Fitted Kitchen, large lounge with patio doors leading to a good size balcony with those beautiful sea front views!!...The promenade (Paseo) directly in front is perfect for those who love to walk and is FLAT. The apartment also overlooks the harbor. Restaurants, supermarket, bars and cafes are all around you so no need for a car. There is also a lovely swimming pool(Open during the Summer months), within the grounds of the apartment block . The perfect holiday location for all ages!!....Full " WiFi " internet connection is installed and free to use!!!!!, Also TV in lounge and Bedrooms with ALL UK channels inc BBC, ITV, Sky News etc etc.

“Amazing views/fantastic location”

Thank you Keith for a wonderful holiday staying at your apartment ! Good size, comfortable beds, TV's in all rooms a winner for the children, Room Fans (all we needed in Oct), floor 13 with amazing views. We were apprehensive of the 13th floor balcony with 2 yr old - but this was no issue as the glass can be closed around the balcony. Excellent amusement park across road for young children. Beach across road. Train 5 mins walk and so easy to use and cheap - we had several day trips to Benalmadena. Good Mercadona supermarket behind train station. Communication with Keith was excellent throughout the booking process, and after. If we decide to come to Fuengirola again we would definitely book this apartment.

Apartment on 13th floor overlooking the harbour, the views are breathtaking. Lovely apartment that caters for everything..TV's, CD player, books, games, even binoculars so we could watch the ships out at sea.. Already booked for next year.

“Lovely holiday”

We stayed in Fuengirola in the apartment, we didn’t have any expectations as not done a holiday independently before. Very impressed, all went well as the owner stated. Apartment very very clean had everything we needed with the bonus of a killer view! The restaurants were all excellent from cheap and cheerful to top notch expensive. The pool area was great no dawn dash for a sun bed you could go anytime and get a sun bed, it was clean with clean and maintained toilets. Would we recommend, yes we would. The apartment decor little dated but it was a home from home, we wanted for nothing, loads of towels/bedding /kitchen equipment etc. The owner responded quickly answered all our questions. Great holiday !!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Keith (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
