Cottage in Froidchapelle, peaceful village of the boot of Hainaut.

Housed in a 19th century stone of the country barn, this accommodation has modern comforts while preserving the rural character of the area.

A few hundred metres of the Ravel and the 1000bornesavelo network, the 'Genets size' is close to sites tourist (the Eau D'heure Lakes), cultural (city of Chimay) and natural (Virelles Lake).

we had a very friendly welcome in this beautiful place: it was was warm and cosy and the fire was on in the stove. There was a bottle of wine on the table and enough coffeepads for our first coffee! Everything was clean and the beds just comfortably! The shape and style of the just generous! The owners are very friendly, very nice people! We would love to come back! See you soon!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mullié (the owner) a message.

If Mullié (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
