If you are looking for great views, then this must be your choice. This villa offers a bird's-eye view. Add more features such as full privacy, a quiet location in the Natural Park of the Sierra de Tejeda and comfortable accommodation, and you will enjoy a perfect holiday!

LOCATION AND OUTSIDE AREA

The cottage is located in a beautiful area, the countryside somewhat northeast of Frigiliana. It was built just before 1999, the same year that its land was included in the Natural Park of the Sierra de Tejeda and Almijara. Walkers and hikers will enjoy the area where many different trails are waiting to be discovered. Those who prefer staying home will appreciate the lovely areas outside, well integrated to the landscape and surrounded by olive trees and pine trees. Full privacy is guaranteed. The private pool (6x4 m) is surrounded by a sunny terrace and provided with sun loungers, while the adjacent barbecue corner will be your favourite spot for your alfresco dinners. The house itself has a spacious verandah with patio furniture and the amazing panoramic views we already talked about. For shopping and dining out, you will find a wide array of possibilities in the whitewashed town of Frigiliana, a 5 minute drive away. Beaches and water sports are accessible in Nerja, only 10 minutes by car.

INSIDE AND LAY-OUT

This is a very comfortable cottage, all on one level, and completely furnished in an elegant traditional style. The accommodation features a lounge / dining room with a wood-burning stove and satellite TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine. There is one double bedroom and one twin, both warmly decorated and sharing a beautifully tiled shower room.

- Pool towels are provided free of charge.

- A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge.

- A refundable deposit of 200 EUR (in cash) is required upon arrival and will be refunded in case the accommodation is left in good order.
