25 metres from the white sands of Dickenson Bay our villa is part of the unique concept that is Antigua Village.In cooperation with other owners we are able to provide facilities expected of a luxury resort whilst still maintaining our villa's individuality. Set in lush tropical gardens with a magnificent pool the 'Village' has 24 hour security, a daily maid service,private beachside relaxing areas,shop,laundry,two beachside restaurants adjacent to the property and guest service personnel able to arrange whatsoever you may need.

The huge master bedroom,with bath/shower room adjacent,overlooks the pool and gardens whilst the lower floor,with two sofa beds, has balconies leading off either side catching the pleasant Tradewind breezes.A second bathroom,with walk-in shower, on the ground floor is ideally placed to rinse off salt water and sand on your return from the beach. Air conditioners and overhead fans ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the villa should the tradewinds die down.The open plan living/dining/kitchen area has full amenities including cable TV, DVD and CD players,internet connection(free wi-fi) and a large barbeque for alfresco dining.

Dickenson Bay is listed as one of the 10 best beaches in the world and whilst to the right of the property there is provision for all forms of water sports, local beach bars and quality restaurants, to the left is a long stretch of powder white sand where the only footprints visible are likely to be your own.

“Amazing Holiday in Antigua”

Our winter escape trip to sunny Antigua exceeded all our expectations. Villa Dix is ideally situated less than two minutes from Dickenson Bay, one of the many wonderful beaches on Antigua. It is set in a beautiful tropical garden, the swimming pool is even closer than the sea. During breakfast on the balcony we looked at coconut palms and banana trees, home to a stunning array of exotic birds. The villa was carefully and reliably serviced on a daily basis. It is a good idea to hire a car for at least part of the holiday in order to explore the island's sights and to visit beaches and restaurants further afield. The weather was perfect - hot and sunny during the day, it often rained during the night keeping everything fresh and the vegetation luscious and green. It was a most relaxing and enjoyable holiday -highly recommended!
