Freethorpe is a large village located on the western edge of the Norfolk Broads, between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, it is located just a few minutes from the popular wedding venue of Southwood Hall and only a few miles to the Broadland village of Reedham where you can fish or enjoy scenic views across the river with marshes beyond that are abundant with wildlife. Hire a boat to explore the famous waterways or cross the River Yare by a chain ferry, which is a short cut to Great Yarmouth. Lounge: with Flatscreen TV with built in DVD and electric fire. Dining room. Kitchen: with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, electric oven and hob and microwave. Ample books, games and DVD's provided within the property for all ages. Outside: front garden and enclosed rear patio with seating. Guests also have shared use of the owner's large garden with a trampoline and children's slide. Amenities: off road parking, Welcome tray on arrival with homemade cake. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electric and central heating included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: futon available. Location: beach 10 miles, shop and pub walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
