Description

Snaffles is the most perfect country retreat down a private drive ...................

2 bedroom east wing of a family home located on a racing horse stud farm in East Sussex. The farm is located at the bottom of a private drive and has stunning views across open fields and woodland. The owners also live in the adjacent part of the house and are happy to offer the option of cooked breakfast, BBQ boxes for the fridge, and freshly picked flowers from their cutting garden. Children may also well enjoy a visit to feed the chickens and ducks. The main entrance to the property is located in the corner of the stable yard, the door opens into a small hallway with hanging space for coats and then directly into the large open plan kitchen with stone tiled floor. This kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob and microwave. There is a lovely round pine table with seating for 5 and an additional settle with cushions. Windows to the side overlook the woodland
