Description

- RiverDance Lodge 2 lower has the perfect location, with 300 ft prime frontage on the Cullasaja River.

- Its a great season to be in the Smoky Mts!

- 2br 1 bath lower unit, has sat tv, wifi

- For larger groups both units could be booked, total of 4br and 3 baths - will sleep 8. Contact owner.

- New twin over full bed in br2, full bed in br1 - now sleeps 4.

- Fishing, and tubing fun, when conditions permit, after the falls, at your own risk..

- Enjoy the river from the covered porch and decks.

- Sit back and watch the hummingbirds gather at the feeder.

- Even a rainy day has its charm, listening to it from the table on the covered deck, while the river surges by. Enjoy grilling on the gas bbq.

Owner's reply: We said on the listing that this property was not for the disabled, or those with mobility issues. We included a photo showing the decks and stairs. This review was unfair. The sofa and recliner are not new, but they are in good condition. The frig with ice maker is new, as well as the table and 6 chairs, the tv, its table, the dvd, and smart tv box are also new, new toilet, and new twin over full bed. Our property is the best value located in this prime location, with wide riverfront, near many waterfalls. .

Owner's reply: Some folks rent a $69/nt bargain vacation rental, and expect it to be as luxurious as one that rents for $250/nt. We offer the best value in the region. People can fail to read the listing carefully. It clearly says a full and twin bed in each bedroom, and photos show them. Those who rent a 2br unit for 6 people should expect it to be a bit crowded. We responded quickly when trouble with the refrigerator was reported, and found it running, with frozen ice cubes in the freezer. We had carried a new frig there for no reason. Nobody was there to talk about it. A new refrigerator was brought the next day, a Sunday. The seating accommodations were given in the amenities, and shown in the photos. Not sure how they could come expecting something different. We continue to upgrade the amenities of this property. A party of 6 are more comfortable if they book a 3/2, of course. Most of our guests, enjoy their stay, and realize what a great value it was, right on the river, among many waterfalls.
