Are you looking to relax in a peaceful environment where you can take it easy and let life slow down a little? Picture yourself at Casal dei Fichi.

Your apartment is waiting for you where you can enjoy privacy and tranquility. Situated in a peaceful valley with spectaular views in all directions, your spacious apartment has room for 4 people and has it's own dedicated private garden.

Take it easy in a hammock among the fig and walnut trees and let your cares drift away and as you think about which local restaurant you might visit this evening to try the delicious dishes you have been dreaming about.

Within the landscaped grounds we have a 15m heated pool boarded by a large decked area with sun loungers and shades - It gets the sunshine all day long so you can relax and soak up the inspirational views of the rolling hills, each topped by a medieval village.

Perhaps you prefer the shade of the pergola where you can sip a cocktail, read your book or just snooze the afternoon away!

We have planted a vegetable and herb garden so you can help yourself each day, with our compliments, to our seasonal produce to make a lovely meal - why go shopping if you don't have too! We also have an orchard and our own chickens so there are always fruit and free range eggs waiting for you each day.

The original outdoor brick bread oven is ideal for our weekly complimentary pizza party where you can try your hand at making your own pizza - perfect with a glass or two of local vino!

INSIDE - your apartment is large with lots of light and from each window there is a view over the countryside. We have tried to think of what you will need for a relaxing holiday and our guests tell us we have thought of everything.

Your kitchen has a granite worktop and is fitted with all the appliances you would expect at home.

Your bedroom is light and airy and has a king size bed with lovely linen so you get a wonderful nights sleep and feel refreshed and ready to enjoy the next day of your stay.

Your bathroom is modern and stylish with a large powerful shower - we think that is important.

Of course there is all the technology and wifi you might want or you may feel like listening to the silence of being away from it all - your choice.

OUTSIDE - your private garden outside your door has a table and chairs so you can eat in the fresh air and enjoy the view while you relax.

There are lots of spaces to chill-out in the grounds or you might fancy cooking up a fabulous meal on the BBQ and of course please join us for our weekly pizza party.

The swimming pool is heated and at 15m X 5m there is lots of room and you can do some proper swimming if that is your thing. Or maybe just float on a lilo and let the breeze take you away!

We were able to help ourselves to organic fruit and veg in their garden and the children collected eggs from the chickens for our breakfasts. We are in central Marche and public transport is limited so you are recommended to hire a car. Our nearest airports are: Ancona - 60 minutes Perugia 75 minutes Pescara - 90 minutes Bologna & Rome - 3 hours

Interaction with guest

We live on site and are therefore available each day to help you have a wonderful holiday. If you have any questions or problems then we are there to assist. You might need a recommendation for a day out, a restaurant booked or a special event planned. Just let us know. Of course if you want peace and quiet - you have got it! Also each week we host a complimentary pizza party where you get the chance to meet the other guests, make a pizza from scratch and enjoy a glass or two of local wine.Often the highlight of the week.
