With the construction finishing in 2012, Falcao da Monanha (300m2) offer its residents a design typical to that of the more modern Portuguese architecture using large, open areas to accommodate a large party of people.

Being fully furnished to a very high standard, this villa has 4 bedrooms (for a party up to 8), 4 bathrooms, a large and open living room as well as a large kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and access to the heated (surcharge) private swimming pool.

As for entertainment within the confines of the villa, the option to enjoy a large collection of newer movies on a 55" 3D LCD TV and/or a huge 125" (2.8 meter) high end HD projector screen with the sound from a high end surround system 7.1as well as using the Playstation 4 on the TV or the 2.8 meter screen with many games.

You'll be able to use a free to borrow Ipad within the confines of the villa

There are 3 TVs in the villa, the one in the living room is HD as well as there being two Apple TVs as well as there being a wireless sound system in the villa.

You'll have free access to internet at the villa.

In the basement you'll find a pool table and a dart board.

Parking area for +5 cars if needed.

A big BBQ area is located at the terrace outside the kitchen

Beach towels are provided but you are required to wash them, let them dry and be ready for the next holidaymaker

Changeover day is Saturday unless specifically arranged.

English speaking representatives will help you if needed.

Heating for the pool costs 70 Pound per week

Using the pool table is a one-time fee of 30 Pound (only reason for this is protect the table from miss use)

To confirm the booking you will have to pay 25% of the lease, non-refundable.

The remaining 75% and a security deposit of 400.00 Pound 30 days before arrival.

The security deposit will be returned within 72 hours after leaving the apartment and confirmation that nothing has been damaged, to the account you specify.

The arrival time is after 16:00pm, and the check-out time should be by 10:00am

How do damage deposits work?

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
