This luxury first floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances and sea views from all aspects. A modern and spacious open-concept combined living and dining room with walkout to a spacious balcony with stunning views of the beach. Within a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Here you can enjoy all sorts of activities. Whether you are looking for sunbathing, swimming, or searching for seashells with the children , this is the perfect place to unwind.

All restaurants are great value for money and include the best fish restaurant in the area where you can dine while watching the sunset over the ocean.

The city of Caldas da Rainha is less than a 10 minute drive or a bus ride away. Caldas has excellent shopping in open air markets and fashionable boutiques. Day to day shopping is easy as there are several hypermarkets.

Less than half an hour away is the world renowned Praia Del Rey 72 par golf course as well as the beautiful walled City of Obidos-- one of Portugal's most famous and beautiful historical sites.

There are many different activities that you could do. Here are just some ideas:

Swimming in the lagoon or the sea (both the lagoon and the sea can have strong currents so as always children need watching – in the summer months the life guards put up green (safe for bathing) , yellow (paddling/ caution) or red flags (stay out of the sea/danger).

Is there easy access to beach and apartment?

NOTE:The beach is reached by a number of steps and may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. On foot the beach is reached by steps—we suggest those with restricted mobility would need transport (e.g. car) to the beach.

Front door of the apartment complex is reached by three steps. The apartment does not have any steps or staircases; however, there is a flight of stairs leading to the pool.

How do damage deposits work?
