Villa HunnyPot is a family owned, 4 bedroom air conditioned, luxury, self-catering lakeside villa with a private pool - just 4.5 miles from Walt Disney World. A 30ft pool and outdoor patio with dining area overlooking a tranquil lake provide the ultimate in privacy. With free WiFi, a fully fitted kitchen, cable TV, games room and much more, Villa HunnyPot is the ideal home from home.

-- LIVING --

You'll find us on the secure gated community of Sunset Lakes, just a few minutes drive from Disney, in the popular holiday destination of Kissimmee, near Orlando. Our tranquil community is just minutes from a main highway with it’s many restaurants, shops and of course, Disney! Upon arrival to Villa HunnyPot, you’ll find a private driveway with space for two cars. Once inside, you’ll find yourself in the family room, with high vaulted ceilings and large patio doors opening onto the outdoor dining area and pool deck. This space is at the heart of the villa and is equipped with digital TV, bluetooth sound bar, DVD player and a range of DVDs for all ages. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a wide range of appliances and adjoining nook and breakfast bar for informal dining. The private pool area allows you to enjoy year round sun. In the summer months the pool area enjoys the sun for more than 80% of the day, but there is also a covered lanai, should the sun become too hot! Hedging along the sides affords extra privacy from neighbouring villas, and the uninterrupted view over the lake means you won’t be overlooked when you’re outside. Comfortable, reclining chairs surround the pool so you can relax in style. The pool can be heated during the cooler months (a charge is made for this).

The games room is equipped with a 10 in 1 games table (including air hockey, fussball, table tennis, pool and more), a PS2 with games, an extensive selection of board games, jigsaws and an ever growing ‘library’ of books.

At the front of the villa is a more formal dining area with seating for four and an additional seating area with a sofa and armchair, providing the perfect retreat for a quiet moment to yourself.

-- SLEEPING --

The impressive Upstairs Master Suite has a king sized bed, TV and a very spacious en-suite bathroom. The bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the lake. The bathroom provides ‘his’ and ‘hers’ washbasins, a large walk-in shower, bath, separate w/c and an adjoining walk-in closet.

Downstairs, you’ll find a Double Master Suite which is easily accessible (suitable for wheelchairs or those who find stairs challenging) with 2 double beds, cable TV and direct access out onto the lanai and pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has 2 walk-in closets (one of which is lockable), a large walk-in shower, bath, separate w/c and ‘his’ and ‘hers’ washbasins.

We have two additional twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, TV and plenty of closet space. One has digital cable TV, iPod dock while the other is Winnie the Pooh themed and perfect for our smaller guests. These two rooms share a bathroom which is equipped with w/c and bath with overhead shower.

All bedding and linens are provided. Smaller guests are able to eat, sleep and play in comfort as we also have a crib/cot, highchair, two strollers, two stair gates and a baby bouncer.

Keys can be found in a secure lock box at the property and full details will be sent prior to your holiday. Late check out may be available upon request, dependant on other bookings. For bookings of less than 7 days or if you have any other questions, please contact us.
