This Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home is PET FRIENDLY.

Renovated and tastefully furnished this villa is a wonderful vacation house for every family. The home features modern appliances, Free Wi-Fi and cable TV, a large flat screen TV is in the living room, and every bedroom have flat screen TV's. A fully equipped granite topped Kitchen and spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Both kitchen and dinning room have table and seating for the times you don't feel like getting ready and going out to eat.

The master en- suite has a large tub and a walk in shower. There is also a door out to the pool area which is a great feature for using while enjoying the pool area as you don't have to walk through the house while wet from the pool.

Queen size second bedroom and a twin room. Second sitting area perfect to relax in and read or take a nap away from the TV in the main family room.

The screened in, SOUTH facing pool has the sun all day and the pool has FREE SOLAR HEATING another great feature for this cooler months, meaning you can enjoy the pool much more. Foe those really cold days we get, yes even we get cold days, electric pool heat can be added to your booking for a small fee.

This villa is located in a beautiful community made up of both vacation homes and residential homes.

A fifteen -minute drive will get you to the Disney parks and Factory outlets. 5 minutes from Interstate 4. Beautiful golden sandy beaches are just over an hour away if you'd like to get away from all the crowds for a day or two.

A 20 - 25 minute drive to Sea World or Universal Studio's

Grocery store just a 5 minute walk away.

How do damage deposits work?
