We welcome you to our home!

Our beautiful home was built Summer 2006, and has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 masters have direct pool access) and a private SOUTH facing pool/spa that is not overlooked due to a mature hedge.

Casa Soleada Villa is situated in the Mediterranean styled Tuscan Hills secure gated community, located adjacent to Highway 27, near Highway 192 and Disney World. Our home is furnished to a superior standard and is ideal for a large family, two smaller families or two / three couples to share. The Villa can accommodate up to 8 adults comfortably.

We have recently purchased this lovely home in late 2017. It has been listed here under two previous owners with 5* EXCELLENT REVIEWS.

Casa Soleada Villa - is located on the prestigious secure CCTV gated community of Tuscan Hills in Davenport.

The house has recently undergone professional full home carpet cleaning & floor tile cleaning, and stocked up on brand new bedding, towels, cutlery, ceramic pans, tableware, artwork, flat screen TV's and upgraded our cable TV to Xfinity X1 with high speed internet. A freshly painted pool deck, along with mature landscaping to allow for privacy when bathing in the truly south facing pool and deck area. An air hockey table in the games room to compliment the pool table, mini football table and electronic darts board. There is also a small collection of pool toys for guest use.

Our luxury villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including FREE high speed WiFi (bring your own iPad/Laptop); 4 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms (2 Master En-Suites each with pool access and 1 family bathroom); Fully Fitted Kitchen; American Fridge Freezer; Sofa-Bed; Air Conditioning and Heating through-out; Games room; Cable Television; TV's in the family room and each bedroom; Books and DVD's are also available for guest use.

The private SOUTH facing Pool & Spa can be fully heated (charges apply) and all the pool doors are alarmed for safety reasons.

Our villa is protected by a monitored security alarm system, CCTV, and the front gated entrance to the community is monitored by CCTV. Each guest will be issued with their unique gate access code that further enhances security as these codes expire on check out.

Entrance to Disney World is only about 15 minutes away depending on traffic.

One week before leaving for your holiday, you will receive an Information Pack via email with directions to Casa Soleda Villa. This will include directions from the airports with the community security gate and front door lock box numbers so you can drive directly to our villa and let yourself in!

There is a Welcome book in the villa to tell you how everything works, give advice on nearby restaurants, beaches, local attractions and how to buy discounted Disney tickets.

A PUBLIX Supermarket is two minutes down the road and WALMART approx 7 mins dirve so you can stock up on everything you need. If you have any queries, our Management Company is on hand to help you out. There is an array of restaurants all within about 7 mins drive from our home.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a no-smoking property and no pets of any description are allowed.

We do NOT allow parties or party groups out of respect for our home and our resident neighbours.

Pool & Spa heating is chargeable and advisable between November to March.

Getting around

A car is recommended but if you don't drive you can get around quickly and efficiently with Uber! There is are plenty of Uber Drivers around four corners with typical rides to the Disney Parks averaging around $25... pretty much the same as it cost to self park!

You will need to pay for Pool/Spa heating separately - please contact us after booking so that this can be arranged should you wish this service. Currently the daily charge for pool/spa heating is £20/$25 per day.

“Great stay !”

This villa is very spacious and well equipped, in a great location for local supermarkets and all attractions. Tuscan Hills is a very well maintained community with gated access, secure and safe. The pool area of the villa is very private, catches the sun most of the day and the Jacuzzi is a very welcome relief after a day in the parks. This is a very comfortable villa that can be enjoyed by families. The new owners and the management company were very helpful indeed in resolving some very minor issues and we are sure that future guests will enjoy this villa as much as we did.
