Welcome to our family-friendly luxuries home where up to 8 people plus baby can go for a comfortable holliday. In this home, you have everything you need for your stay like towels and sheets.

The house is rural in a brand new resort - Serenity.

This house is perfect for your Florida vacation!

This lovely brand new townhome is ready to welcome you!

Everything is new and modern in the house, the colors are bright and resonant, the interior shows that it have Scandiavian owners!

In total there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and up to 8 beds plus a baby.

In the south facing pool, you can start the jetstream in the jacuzzi, sit on the built in bench, take it easy and enjoy cold drinks and have a break.

Comfortable lounge chairs are ready by the pool and under the partially covered roof you will find a sitting area where you can enjoy delicious meals out in a little shade.

For families with toddlers a safety net is in place.

The splashpool may be heated, and a poolboy is coming weekly and cleans it.

In the evening you can light some candles and turn on the light in the pool, an insect netting keeps the mosquitoes out. Outside the pool there is a little water.

One can have a better holiday than this?

This is Florida at its best!

If you want to spend time in the living room, there is a huge HD TV with ca. 100 channels.

The living room has sliding doors to the pool and terrace.

The kitchen is open to the living room, and is well equipped and everything is of a high standard.

The refrigerator has ice-maker and freezer. All in stainless steel.

Granite countertops.

In the kitchen there are 4 bar stools.

From the kitchen you have a great view to the pool, or keep up with the living room's TV.

Dining room with six chairs is right next to the kitchen.

The bedroom on the first floor has a queen size bed, 32 'TV, wardrobe, and a direct entrance to a modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The second floor features a large master bedroom with a king size double bed, 32 'TV, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with double sinks and granite countertops, large shower with glass sliding doors and toilet.

The best about the master bedroom is the large private terrace. Push open the large sliding door and meet the morning with a cup of coffee in the chairs that are ready for you.

The third bedroom has two single beds, 32 'TV, walk-in closet and a modern private bathroom with shower / tub, sink and toilet.

There is also a desk, and a very pleasant and light area with bench.

The home has free wireless Internet, and you can freely use the housephone throughout the United States.

The home is equipped with washer and drum and ironing facilities.

Extra linens and towels are in the upstairs.

For families there is a folding crib and a high chair for free use.

The house holds a very high standard and has tile everywhere except the bedrooms.

Free dedicated parking right outside the door, just 10 meters to go to the car.

Water conservation areas and luscious greenery around Serenity creates a peaceful home environment.

Serenity is located in a nature area with water and forests that border the property of Disney and Animal Kingdom.

To get to Serenity have to drive through a pleasant detached area with residents.

A great and spacious clubhouse includes a fitness center, gamesrom, large pool and Jacuzzi with seating and sun loungers around.


Serenity is located just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, on the border between Davenport and Clermont along Hwy 27.

Nearest restaurant is Hurricane, and it is a good offer of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Starbucks, s Walmart, Publix, McDonalds, gas stations, medical center, golf courses and more.

The accommodation is non-smoking and it is not allowed to smoke inside the house.
