Description

Solara is a brand-new community located off US Hwy 192, just 8 miles to Disney World and a short commute to the rest of the world-famous Orlando attractions and shopping malls.

You can be on Highway 192 with its excellent choice of restaurants in just a few minutes and the Atlantic and Gulf Coast Beaches are both just an hour’s drive away.

This gated resort has everything you need to have the vacation of your dreams from an on-site restaurant and coffee bar to a zero-entry pool, fitness centre, basketball court and soccer field, volleyball court, gaming stations, sports simulator, yoga lawn, children’s playground, splash pad, waterslides and more!

The jewel in Solara’s crown is its very own FlowRider Surf machine where all members of the family get the opportunity to experience the thrill of surfing / Wakeboarding in a controlled safe environment.

Our home has been built on an oversize lot with an extremely attractive front elevation with plenty of space between the properties next door.

Upon entering the house, you really do get the feeling you are staying somewhere special.

The Living Area certainly has a wow factor with an open ceiling that runs all the way to the top of the property creating an area with expansive natural light. There’s ample comfortable seating plus a wall mounted flat screen TV and sliding doors that lead out to the pool and deck area.

The Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with high end appliances and benefits from a breakfast bar seating area that is perfect for keeping the cooks in the party company while they prepare the meals.

The Dining Area is ideally situated next to the kitchen and is a great space to enjoy your evening meals after a day in the theme parks, shopping malls or local golf courses.

The South West Facing Pool Deck benefits from sun all day and is a fabulous continuation of the indoor living space with dining tables, a full sofa, comfy chair and sunbeds for those that enjoy laying out all day reading a book or enjoying a cocktail poolside. You also have access to a pool bathroom from the deck area.

The Games Room is another great place to entertain both the kids and any competitive adults in your party with its own pool table, air hockey machine and foosball table.

Bedroom 1 is located downstairs, this room has a Queen-Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV and access to a shared shower bathroom, which can also be accessed from the pool deck.

Bedroom 2 is also located downstairs, this room has a King-Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV and en-suite shower room with vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 is located upstairs with a King-Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV and en-suite shower room with vanity sink.

Bedroom 4 is located upstairs with a Queen-Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV and a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom that features a shower and vanity sink which is shared with bedroom 5.

Bedroom 5 is located upstairs, this room has Queen Sized Bunk Beds, a Flat Screen TV and a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom that is shared with bedroom that features a shower and vanity sink.

Bedroom 6 is another upstairs room with Queen Sized Bunks, a Flat Screen TV with a bathroom across the hallway with a bath and overhead shower.

There is also fabulous Family TV Room at the top of the stairs in the open loft area that features a Flat Screen Television, ceiling fan and plenty of comfortable seating in what is another perfect place for members of your group to catch the days ball game or latest movie.

Interaction with guest

Once you have secured your reservations we will email you asking you to complete a booking form. The bookings form will ask you to list all the guests staying in the home and provide the ages of all guests under the age of 25. Once we are in receipt of this form we will be able to issue your directions to the home. All our homes are fitted with a key-less entry system you simply type the door code the code is unique for your stay only. Once in resort you will have access to our Property Manager who will be able to assist you with any problems in the home during your stay. Their telephone number is provided in the directions and also in the Home Booklet which you will find in the home.
