The Paddock At Foulden is a large newly built house (2008) situated on a working farm in the Scottish borders, it is very private with fantastic views of the Cheviot Hills and surrounding area.
With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms huge kitchen & lounge it is idealy suited to large groups of friends or families,
The house has a large enclosed garden which is perfect for children, pets, BBQ's etc. There is ample parking for 4 cars + .we also have a games room with Pool table, Table Tennis. Fusball, & Darts
Well behaved pets are welcome at The Paddock.(by arrangment)
The House is situated within easy reach of the wonderful beaches of Berwickshire & Northumberland , Holy Island, Alnwick Castle & Gardens.& the lovely town of Berwick-upon-Tweed.

“Perfect House and location for a family holiday”

An excellent spacious comfortable house with wonderful panoramic views - situated in the country but within easy distance of all amenities. The games room was very well used by us all. My grandchildren didn't want to leave!!!!
