Description

Miraflores is a unique villa & finca with its own private plantation located in Southeast Spain. If you and your family or friends want to chill out by the private pool, unwind, sunbathe, eat delicious local goodies surrounded by fruit trees, palms, flowers and pure nature, then this property is the place to go for your holiday. To top it off guests can freely hand-pick and eat organic fruits and vegetables produced within the 12,000 square metre finca that embraces the 900m2 villa.

Property description:

* 15,000 m2 of which 3,000 m2 include a fantastic 900m2 villa, gardens, porches and terraces. The remaining 12,000 m2 include a plantation of organic lemon and orange trees, varied vegetable plants, and fruits varieties such as figs, grapes, plums and apples that you can hand-pick and eat.

* 450 m2 swimming pool area private to the villa. It comprises a private 10x6 round pool with a shallow and deep area, a gorgeous gazebo and 300 m2 of palms and pine tree gardens. Outdoor shower by pool. Please note the private swimming pool is in operation from 15 June to 15 September only.

* From its 300 m2 top terrace the view is outstanding, nature takes over the whole landscape.

* The main porch overviews the swimming pool area and the plantation. Includes three different dining areas layed out along the porch. Its privileged orientation and unique microenvironment allow for mild and fresh temperature even in summer time.

* On the main floor there is a 45m2 en suite king size master bedroom, 3 double bedrooms (1 en suite), one single sofa bedroom and two separate bathrooms. There is also a 100m2 kitchen and a 45m2 living + dining room.

* On the basement there are two ancillary bedrooms with one shared bathroom which at the moment are not furnished.

* The 45m2 living room includes handcrafted furniture, marbel suite of dining room furniture, sofas, and log fire.

* The 100 m2 kitchen, bar and dining area. Includes washing room, larder and wood stove.

* 65m2 wine cellar located in the basement.

* The basement also includes a 25m2 chapel

* El Reloj Residential Estate includes a 20x10 shared outdoor adults swimming pool and a huge kids swimming pool, bar, chiringuito and restaurant, basketball and tennis courts, as well as kids playground. Please note the shared swimming pools are in operation from 15 June to 15 September.

* Local supermarket at 0.8 mile distance.

“Best holidays ever”

I stayed in this wonderful place last July for a week with my wife and my little boy. The house is large and the rustic surroundings peaceful. I noticed a tap broken in one of the lot of bathrooms the big house got but it was repaired by the owner in only one day after we contacted him. I must highlight the romantic fireplace where my wife and me had a very pleasant time around a glass of wine after my son went to sleep. My son really enjoyed splashing in the superb swimming pool and running around the gardens. We could enjoy hand picking a some fruit from lots of different types of fruit trees. Also Raimunda, the house keeper, cooked a delicious paella for us! Best paella we've ever tried! and The property manager also arranged a massage by the pool for my wife and me to compensate the little inconvenience with the tap happened the first day! So relaxing!. Amazing value for money so I'd recommend everyone to go!

“Huge beautiful finca in orchard”

We stayed in this villa in May 2015 for a week with family and kids. Everyone loved the huge house, the swimming pool and the amazing finca with more than 40 different types of fruit trees. It was so much fun hand-picking fruit from the trees! We loved the peace and quiet of the place, pure air, and being surrounded by nature. The house is a huge, relatively old country house, well maintained although a couple of the bathrooms need a bit of redecoration but it´s not a big deal. It is amazing value for money and you´d recommend everyone to go!

My family and I have spent one wonderfull week at Finca Miraflores. From day one Raimunda - the house keeper - looked after us, making sure the swimming pool was spotless every single day of our stay, cooking delicious types of paella... Me and my husband chilled out by the stunning private swimming pool surrounded by palms and pine trees while the kids had a great time hand picking fruits and vegs from the organic finca. And best of all we could have as much fruit and vegs as we wish to, it was free of charge!! The porches are immense, some of the gardens need a bit more of care but the finca is just outstanding, a great experience. Also the views from the panoramic terrace are spectacular, something to remember. The kids also loved the estate's shared swimming pool as lots of children gathered there and played together while dad and mum enjoyed delicious tapas at the chiringuito!! We had the chance to spend one full at the thermal baths in Fortuna and Archena - less than 30 minutes by car!!! It felt like heaven on earth... Thanks very much Raimunda and Jose - be sure we'll come back very soon!!!!
