THE CHALET IS LET FOR WEEKLY LETS ONLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY EXCEPT OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR WHEN ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES MAY BE ALTERED. Located in the scenic village of Kinlochleven, 400m from shops, pubs restaurants, the Ice Factor, chip shop, hairdresser, post office, 7 miles from Glencoe, 21 miles from Fort William and Ben Nevis.
The property offers comfortable modern furnished with TV and free sat self-catering accommodation and is situated in an elevated position overlooking the village of Kinlochleven, with beautiful views of the Mamore mountain range and River Leven.
The Chalet is in an ideal location whether you come for walking, climbing, winter ski-ing, fishing, mountain biking wildlife, canoeing, golfing, photography or just to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Bedroom 1 double bed with en suite, wardrobe, 5 drawer chest, two bedside lockers with lamps dressing table and stool with mirror.
Bedroom 2 twin beds with tv, built in wardrobes, shelving, and one bedside locker with lamp and full size mirror.
Bedroom 3 single bed, bedside locker, lamp, wardrobe with 3 drawers and full size mirror.
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. WEEKLY LETS ONLY
Arrival time 3pm, departure time by 10am.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit [non refundable], with the remainder due six weeks prior to arrival. Refund is at our discretion should the reservation be cancelled within the six week period prior to arrival date. Housekeeping deposit is also due at this time.
Housekeeping deposit required £100. This will be returned in full if there are no breakages or damage. It is requested that any damage or breakages be reported immediately so that suitable arrangements can be made to replace the items.
No candles or naked flames.
No pets of any kind.
No Smoking indoors please.
No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors for any loss,damage or injury to persons or property [including cars,accessories or personal contents] whilst within blackwater chalet or in its grounds.
If Blackwater Chalet is unavailable for any reason subsequent to you having made a booking we will cancel the booking and return any deposit paid immediately, but will not be held liable for any loss incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.

The chalet is in a perfect location - Lochaber is The Outdoor Capital of the Uk - for touring the Highlands, Ben Nevis, Aonach Mhor, Isle of Mull, Isle of Skye, Oban, Inverness, Loch Ness, Jacobite steam train to Mallaig, the Road to the Isles, Ardnamurchan peninsula and Neptune's Staircase on the Caledonian Canal.
The area boasts the following locations and activities.
-The Ice Factor Climbing and Ice wall and a high ropes access course, Café and Bar in Kinlochleven.
-Atlas Brewery in Kinlochleven.
-Local walks including the West Highland Way which passes through the village of Kinlochleven.
