2BR/2BA Gulf front, ground floor with easy access to pool and beach, Hi-speed internet/Wi-Fi, tile throughout. Sleeps 9 with a maximum occupancy of 8 due to local fire codes.

FREE BEACH SERVICE (two chairs and an umbrella setup) through 10/31/23.

This lovely two Bedroom condo (1st floor unit with elevators in the building) with WiFi, directly on the beach, is located on Okaloosa Island, which is between Fort Walton Beach and Destin. It is the best vacation destination for the family, golfer, shopper or fisherman. There are no high rises in sight, as nothing over 7 stories is allowed on Okaloosa. Because this building has a mere 24 units, and plenty of waterfront, the white beaches and the teal Gulf waters are never crowded, making it simply paradise! Many people say that these are the most beautiful beaches that they have ever seen. Television, surveys and magazines rate the Emerald Coast among the top ten in the world for its beautifully colored waters and sand as white as snow. You can relax with your morning coffee or a romantic dinner on the pool deck just outside your door and watch the dolphins jumping less than 100 yards away! We're sorry you were not happy with the furnishings. I bought those couches myself from Ashley's less than a year ago (10/16), and the covers to protect the couches 3 months ago (4/17), so I'm not sure how you saw "fading". The building got rewired for new fiber optics TV signal during your stay, and apparently they had to work out some signal strength issues at first. I'm not sure what was nasty about the coffee maker, but had we been told, we could have de-nastified it for you. We are priced competitively for our size, amenities, and proximity to the beach. We show actual pictures of the actual condo on here and on our website. We don't claim to be a 5-star hotel, or to have the most expensive furniture on the beach. You can pay more and get that elsewhere I suppose, or you can stay here in a comfortable, clean, beachy home, and pay a reasonable rate.
