Pool side unit. Just steps to relaxation. Welcome to this first floor 2-bedroom 2 bath split plan upgraded condo within steps of the Cayman Center! This unit is spacious and updated. Step out onto a screened in patio just steps from the Cayman Center and enjoy the ocean air! The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed and a 32" flat screen television and access to the patio. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed and also has entrance to the patio. This unit is tiled throughout, and the kitchen features stainless steel appliances and upgraded cabinetry with granite counter tops. This unit is equipped with a Keurig, not a coffee maker and also comes with 2 bicycles for your enjoyment, along with all of the amenities that Ocean Village has to offer!

The use of the assigned parking space with carport is not available with the rental of this unit. Parking is 1 car maximum in available guest spaces.
