Mermaids Dream is a beautifully decorated, well appointed Unique Beach house finished in September of 2017. Guests have direct access to the beautiful sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, large saltwater/saline pool (w/kiddie pool), as well as bay pier for great fishing!

The 4 bedroom side of the house has 4 large bedrooms with 2.5 baths, a large living area and gourmet kitchen with granite for gathering. The open living area has a 55" flat screen 4k HD and also offers a queen sofa sleeper.

Add Mermaids Dream private attached luxury apartment to sleep and addtional 4 people Perfect in-law quarters! Luxury King suite and queen sofa sleeper. Making this a 5 bedroom/5 bath house with the apartment. APARTMENT IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS QUOTE!

Mermaids Dream offers 4 bedrooms: ( with the option of 5 bedrooms, 2 full gourmet kitchens, 2 spacious living spaces, outdoor dining and living galore!

BEDROOM #1: Master king bedroom (downstairs) with private bath with dual vanities, sunken jacuzzi tub, and private deck to enjoy morning coffee or relaxing time alone.

The 4 bedroom side of the house has 4 large bedrooms with 2.5 baths, a large living area and kitchen for gathering. All bedrooms have flat screen tv's, the living area has a 55" flat screen 4k HD.

Decks abound as well as luxurious under house seating/living room and cooking area that increases your outdoor living space. There is a back dining porch, a sun porch overlooking the pool and a 2nd floor sundeck for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located upstairs for convenience to guests.

The 1 bedroom apartment has all the same amenities as the 4 bedroom side. Large living area with flat screen and private dining deck, there is also a 2nd floor deck off the master to enjoy the breeze and view. There is also a private kitchen and laundry area on the apartment side as well as 1-1/2 baths. (apartment is NOT included in this quote)

We are located in the Bay to Breakers Community, only 550 feet from your toes in the sand on Gulf of Mexico private beach, on a private street with very little traffic! We are 50 feet from the large saltwater pool and kiddie pool. To go fishing in the bay simply cross 180 and walk out onto the pier and dip your hook.

We are in quiet Fort Morgan, AL with a private beach for only our small street, yet we are only a 2 minute drive from Tacky Jacks 2 for beautiful sunset dinners on the deck, 5 minutes to Sassy Bass and only 18 miles from Gulf Shores attractions.

So leave the crowds behind and come enjoy or beautiful private part of the island.
