Description

Fernwood Cottage is nestled in the redwoods 1 mile from the beach along the Mendocino Coast, 2 miles to Fort Bragg and a 12 minute drive to the quaint village of Mendocino. There is a 2 night minimum. This small, romantic, studio-cottage is equipped with tub/shower, towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer and toilet paper, paper towels, microwave, gas stove top, oven, refrigerator, dishes, coffee maker w/ filters, blender, cooking utensils and kitchen towels, queen-bed, love seat with single sleeper, bistro table with two chairs, Wi Fi and DTV w/DVD. Large, private deck with patio furniture and BBQ. For guests who wish to bring pets and/or a child please review Pet Policy and/or Child Policy, below, and email me a reply as to whether or not you will agree to it so that I can consider reserving for you. pet fee is $10/pet/night. Maximum 2 pets. Maximum persons is 3, extra charge for 3rd person $10.00/night. Cleaning fee is $35.00. Additional Cleaning fee for 2 weeks or longer stays.

PET POLICY: *Please do not leave pet unattended in the house or on the property. If pet must be left unattended it must be in a pet carrier or in your vehicle with windows cracked open.

*Pet owners must agree to keep pet off beds and all other furniture unless pet throw-sheets, provided, are covering the furniture.

*Please dispose of all pet waste in the pet waste receptacle. A $35.00 cleaning fee may be charged for failure to clean up pet waste.

*Any costs for repairs, replacements, and/or cleaning, due to pet will be charged accordingly.

*Owner agrees to muzzle their dog if barking or howling continues for long periods.

CHILD POLICY: * Babies and toddlers are not allowed on deck with out strict supervision of an adult.

* No child under the age of 10 is permitted to stay alone in the cottage or on the cottage property.

How do damage deposits work?
