Fully air conditioned throughout, this house is situated in a quiet cul de sac, just 250 metres from the pine walk and beach. The exterior boasts a well kept garden, part lawn and part crazy paving terrace. There is a shaded BBQ and outdoor dining area to one side of the pool, which is 6m x 3m, and has a depth range from 0.75m to 1.60 m. At the poolside there is an outdoor shower and sunloungers.

The interior of the villa is bright and airy, tastefully furnished, with modern decor. There is an open plan living/dining area, a separate kitchen- very well equipped, and three bedrooms, 2 doubles and one twin.

There are two modern shower rooms.

Additional amenities include: kitchen utensils, cot/crib, electricity, pool towels, tourist tax, final cleaning, coffee machine, tableware, arrival out of schedule, garden furniture.
