Beautiful spacious fully air-conditioned two bedroom apartment furnished to the highest standard. Varandas de Carteia is a brand new condominium located just two minutes walk from Quarteira's extensive golden sandy beach which stretches for miles in either direction. This luxurious apartment offers free WiFi . We also have TV which offers all the Irish TV Channels also BBC and ITV channels plus many more. It is located on the 1st floor with seaside and pool views from its wrap around balcony. Complete with fully fitted and equipped kitchen, two separate bathrooms (one en-suite) and two nice sized bedrooms. There is a shared outdoor swimming pool with garden area and the apartment also has its own underground parking space. With excellent access to the palm-lined seafront promenade where you can spend time relaxing with lovely walks along the seafront and enjoy the surroundings. It is ideally situated within easy walking distance of numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, playground & local markets along the promenade itself. Just 5 minutes drive from Vilamoura and its many golf courses making it an excellent choice for golfers.

“Lovely apartment in a great location”
I stayed in this lovely apartment at the end of September with my three sisters, one of whom has mobility issues, and it was ideal for her: there is a ramp for easy access, a lift, and a walk in shower. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and is very bright, clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we enjoyed eating on the balcony, which is large and well furnished. There is a well stocked supermarket just across the road and the beach is a few minutes' walk away; the promenade is flat (great for people with mobility issues) and there were lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Communication with Anne, the owner, was very easy and like lots of other guests I followed her advice and arranged our airport transfer with Nuno, who provided a very prompt and reasonably priced service. We had never been to Quarteira before, but we're planning to return next year.
Great spacious apartment, very comfortable and everything you need for your holiday. Have stayed in Quarteira many times and would highly recommend a stay at Verandas de Carteia, ideal location close to supermarket and local restaurants along the promenade. The beach is on your doorstep and just a short taxi ride or walk to Vilamoura or Vale de Lobo. A Gaivota beach bar and restaurant is a short walk from the apartment where you can get excellent food and drink with a fantastic sunset every evening.
This beautiful apartment has all you need, well equipped kitchen, beach chairs to umbrella and was spotless. Great location and everything at your door step, restaurants, beach, supermarket and beautiful beach front to go a stroll along. Great pool for kids with lovely big balcony to sit out at and very secure. Anne was a great communicator when we needed help with anything and a pleasure to deal with, we will certainly return here in the future.
Beautiful apartment close to the beach, superb restaurants and supermarket. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Anne was a joy to deal with she made it all so easy and stress free. Including recommending Nuno for taxi transfers.

Have just returned from a 10 day holiday in Quarteira. Anne and Thomas's apartment was excellent - very well equipped,spacious and very clean. The arrangements for booking the apartment were simple and Anne couldn't have been more helpful. We enjoyed our stay and everything we needed was very convenient , including restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. What we enjoyed most was the walk along the promenade to the old town and of course the beaches are fantastic.

“Home from home”
We would like to thank Anne and Thomas for letting us stay in their home away because that's exactly how it felt homely. We stayed at your apartment at the end of Sept until the begining of Oct 2018 Our Mum who is 88 yrs young had a wonderful holiday as did myself, my husband and our friend. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave and will be returning as soon as we possibly can. We would also like to thank Linda for all her friendliness and also your lovely lady who cleans your apartment for you, she was very helpful. Thank you again and we will definitely be in touch
“Fabulous apartment in a perfect location”
Recently spent a week in this lovely apartment; spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Location is ideal near beach with a fine selection of restaurants only a stones throw away. A well stocked shop is located just across the road. Would recommend Gaviota for a drink at sunset and the chicken shack beside Lidl for great value food. Anne was more than helpful, responded promptly and made the booking process very straightforward. Would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

We agree that the location is perfect and so close to everything that you would need for a relaxing holiday, as no need to hire a car!! Yes we too love Gaviota for lovely friendly staff and good food and of course one cannot go to Quarteira without visiting the chicken shack called Marufo's beside Lidl for the nicest chicken you will taste at such a good price.!! Well worth the visit. So many lovely restaurants/coffee shops all along the lovely promenade makes this location perfect for holidays
A perfect rental apartmentceith everything you could need, even down to beach towels! Very spacious inside with a large wrap around balcony which has sunbeds on it. A quiet location which suited us but lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed staying here and look forward to visiting again in the future

“Amazing apartment, very close walking distance to Beach and all Amenities.”
This Apartment is in a perfect Location. It is a 2-3 mins walk to the beach and a very short walk to a large very well stocked Supermarket across the way at the outside of the apartment complex, which made stocking up for supplies very easy! We did not Hire a car for this Holiday, there is defiantly no need for one. More than enough beautiful Restaurants to eat in within a short walking distance, we found some real Gems after exploring the area. There is a lovely promenade that you can walk along on the sea front that takes you into Vilamoura if you wish to have a good walk, it takes about 40 mins, plenty cafe/bars along the way. The pool on site was very clean, perfect for our 7 year old Daughter as it wasn't to deep for her and still a good size for us Adults to swim in too. The beach is beautiful with Sunbeds to Hire if you wish and a lovely beach bar to enjoy a drink or food. The apartment was very clean, had everything and more that we needed for our stay, very large rooms, a big Bathroom and En Suite Shower room. The apartment has a large Balcony where you can sit out, enjoy your meals and watch the world go by. The owner Anne was very helpful and made the whole process of booking the holiday very smooth. This was our first visit to Quarteira and we had a wonderful holiday, we would definitely return to this spacious apartment when visiting this area again.
