The unit is in the centre of Fontane Bianche, a beautiful bay in southern part of Syracuse area. Semidetached, bi-familiar house, the unit is 350 sq. metres inside and 200+ of covered terrace, plus gardens, 6 fully air conditioned bedrooms (Unit has 4 doubles, 2 quadruple, of which 4 ensuite bathroom, maximum sleep 16 - but can be rented partially depending on group), 6 bathrooms total, 3 kitchens, a large sun-roof, pool with sundeck area, big porches, a private parking and a beautiful secluted garden with tropical plants. Everything equipped and any modern comfort you may need: wifi, sat-tv, microwave, air conditioned, barbecue, Nespresso machine. It is ideal for families and groups of friends that want to share the same house but keeping their own space and privacy. The white sandy beach, in the quiet bay of Fontane Bianche, in 2 minutes walking (150 metres). Everything is close: shops, bar, pharmacy, pizzerias, restaurants, bank, supermarkets etc., all in 5 minutes walking. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicola (the owner) a message.

If Nicola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
