Open the front door, to reveal the impressive great room - anchored by an electric fireplace and a 65-inch flat-screen Roku TV. From the living area, the space opens up to the more-than-impressive fully equipped kitchen, complete with spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a walk-in pantry. Even better, a 10-foot farmhouse table, 10-foot island, and 4-person breakfast table easily seat your group of 20! Serving drinks and food on the patio will be a breeze thanks to the pass-through window.

Too many chefs in the kitchen? Don't worry! A well-equipped kitchenette is located just through double barn doors. Here, you'll also find the game room featuring plush sofas, a 55-inch flat-screen Roku TV, and plenty of board and card games, of course.

For a little fresh air, step out onto the spacious covered patio! This outdoor area boasts a brick accent wall, 2 ceiling fans, ample lighting for evening soirees, and a wet bar. You'll be able to host the best at-home barbecue thanks to the Weber gas grill and Blackstone jumbo griddle. While you grill, let the kids run freely in the splash pad with overhead rain bars!
