This 1700 sq ft 3 bd/2 bth home has been completely renovated and decorated inside and out in November of 2017 with a fun, coastal flair by the owners who are an engineer and a designer. "Sunny Side of Sloane" is as kid-friendly as they come, with its very own dedicated playroom space and fenced in backyard! Need to do business while on vacation? Not a problem, this house also has a private office area. You also won't have to worry about relaxing after a long day at the beach, shopping or visiting the amusement park, because the ensuite Master bathroom had a large garden tub, perfect for a bubble bath and a glass of vino! A large laundry room with washer and dryer keeps from having to go to a laundry mat or hauling dirty clothes home. You will find all that you need to bring is your suitcases and groceries, because this house provides everything you will need for the perfect vacation!
