In the very heart of Florence, just a few minutes away from all the major sights, our romantic, charming apartment welcomes you, to live the culture and art of the Renaissance capital of the world.

Located in Borgo San Frediano, on the third floor (60 steps) of an ancient building in this historic area, the apartment is very comfortable and carefully decorated. The warm atmosphere of the apartment and the beautiful view from the windows, make you forget the steps leading to the apartment, as soon as you get in.

The windows make the apartment a bright environment and offer a picturesque view over the rooftops, the amazing Piazza del Carmine, the Basilica and the Cappella Brancacci.

The careful restoration, that has enhanced the traditional details of the ancient building, blend perfectly with the modern furniture. The wooden beams of the ceilings, the walls of stones and bricks, give this apartment a romantic and welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment offers a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV and a table for 4, an equipped kitchenette where you can prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner, a romantic bedroom, which also enjoys view of the Basilica, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Situato in Borgo San Frediano, al terzo piano senza ascensore di un antico palazzo dello storico quartiere, l’appartamento è confortevole e molto luminoso grazie alle ampie finestre, che offrono una suggestiva vista sui tetti della città, la bellissima piazza del Carmine, la sua Basilica e la Cappella Brancacci. La calda atmosfera dell’appartamento e la splendida vista dalle finestre, bastano da sole a ricompensarci degli scalini fatti per arrivare qui.

L’accurata ristrutturazione ha esaltato i particolari tradizionali dell’antica costruzione, creando un mix perfetto tra l’antico e il moderno degli arredi. Le travi in legno dei soffitti, le pareti in pietra e mattoni, l’arco in mattoni che incornicia una nicchia/libreria nel soggiorno, donano a questo appartamento un’atmosfera romantica, calda e accogliente.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
