“a very good place in a very good city”

Reviewed 29 Aug 2014

Appartment is not so far from railway station (20 minutes). There is a shuttle from the aiport (10 minutes). Cost is about 6 euros per person. Taxi is about 30 euros for 4 personns. Appartment is situated in historic center. Everything can de visited by foot. A supermarked is situated 5 minutes from appartment. It is well fited. Only negative thing is bus and cars can take this narrow way but this is counterbalance by the place which is very interesting. I recommandate this place. It is very closed to the uffizy and ponte vecchio. More, life in the evenning in florence is very cool and the fact to be in the center is very cool.

“great location, great space, very good service, clean, useful kitchen/fidge”

Reviewed 11 Nov 2013

must be able to walk up 3 flights of steps, but you right in the middle of the historic area ! I would stay there again because it gave me everything that I needed plus. I felt very safe but there was a safe if I wanted to use it. good to ask to work the locks before they leave. I had a little trouble with it at first.

“Cozy, modern apartment in a great location in Florence”

Reviewed 10 Nov 2013

The apartment was in a great location, across from the Uffizi museum, and within close walking distance to the Duomo, Ponte Vicchio, and others. It had a stove, refrigerator and dishes for cooking, and there was a grocery store just across the river. Because of the location, there was a some street noise and a bell tower, but I wore earplugs and was fine.

“Excellent location.”

If you can climb 3 floors, this place is suitable for you. The location is walking distance to all famous the attractions. You don't need to use public transport if you stay here.

“Una coccola in centro storico”

Reviewed 3 Sep 2013

“Everything you could want”

Amazing location - within walking distance of everything. I really recommend looking at the great range of useful guide books on the shelves. The apartment is a cosy and traditional with everything you need to cook if that takes your fancy. The only issue is if you don't like stairs.

“Fantastico appartamento in centro a Firenze”

Reviewed 11 May 2013

Appartamento molto carino, arredato e ristrutturato con cura. Situato nella zona migliore della città. Vicinissimo a tutti i principali monumenti e piazze. Torneremo presto!

“Authentic accommodation just round the corner from everything”

Reviewed 8 May 2013

This is a nice apartment in an authentic building in the very centre of Florence. It is just few metres from Uffizi and literally round the corner from Palacco Vecchio, etc., etc. It’s a great place to explore Florence and have comfortable breaks midday and at night. Giovanni, the host, is a person everyone will be pleased to deal with. Steep stairs provide you with a good exercise - but that's what one would expect from a Renaissance city. Air conditioner is old and noisy but it does exist and works well, which is very (!) important in summer months in Italy.
